This groundbreaking development addresses Colorado's housing crisis through an eight-year collaborative effort between local, state, and federal partners. Built as Colorado's largest Zero Energy Ready Home development, it features sustainable geothermal and solar power, plus amenities like community gardens, playground, dog park, and pickleball courts.
