Finn Church Aid (FCA) is seeking consultants to conduct an end-term evaluation of their Creative Industries project empowering vulnerable youth in Nairobi's informal settlements with digital skills.

The project, ending December 2025, focuses on developing digital and creative economy skills like animation, graphic design, and web development for youth in Eastlands informal settlements. Working with private sector partners, the initiative provides apprenticeship programs and market-aligned training to improve employability and create sustainable livelihood opportunities. The evaluation will assess project relevance, efficiency, and overall contribution to improved digital skills delivery while documenting lessons learned and recommendations for future programming.

• Requires post-graduate qualification in relevant fields with 5-10 years experience in livelihoods programming and evaluation research
• Must demonstrate expertise in data collection, analysis using STATA/SPSS, and understanding of Kenya's informal settlements and digital economy
