Neilson has purchased a historic $20 million sandstone mansion at Gladswood Gardens, Double Bay, while listing her transformed Chippendale warehouse for $19 million. The 38-year-old, who owns The Vanguard music venue in Newtown, originally bought the Chippendale warehouse known as The Pigeon Shed for $3.1 million in 2012 with family support, then commissioned MCK Architects to transform the 324-square-meter space into a luxury five-bedroom residence with indoor pool and gallery spaces.
