Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Store Credit Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a store credit within 7 days (1 week) of the purchase date. This store credit can be applied toward downloading another report of your choice.

Credit Validity

The store credit must be used within 1 month from the date it is issued. Unused credits will automatically expire after this period.

Conditions for Store Credit

To receive a store credit, customers must send a written request via email and confirm in writing that all copies of the originally purchased report have been permanently deleted.
